Many innovative companies like to focus on technology and find it hard to open up new markets. On the other hand, hiring a business development director oftentimes does not make good economic sense when a product has not proven itself in the market.

With the experience accumulated over one and a half decades and my network of partners and associates, I can help. As a temporary part of my clients' organisation we find together the first reference clients and projects. And once the product has shown to fly, it's adios for me and hello to own staff.

Providing services to the research industry

In the areas of information management, food and feed traceability, precision livestock farming, Halal traceability, sustainability monitoring and profitability analysis there is now a larger body of work that allows me to participate in international research projects.

Often this is also a good way to co-finance the first deployment of an innovative product.

Currently I am involved in four long term projects in the European Union and I have substantial experience in designing and leading such projects.
