I am just on my way to assist EDC-HD and 3P of Ho Chi Minh City to build an electronic traceability system for basa catfish. A very intense week lies ahead of us with in-depth discussions about standards, automated identification, forms of traceability, smallholders and other subjects. I hope to be able to reconnect with sustainable aquaculture initiatives. On April 13th we are hosting a small industry workshop on fish traceability systems before I head back.

The project will last 3 months, as development work has already started. In June I'll be back to HCMC to assist in presenting the system.
